Product Guarantee

At Saddlestands.us, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture that embodies craftsmanship and durability. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our standard furniture items, assuring you of lasting quality and satisfaction. However, customized items or modifications to standard designs may not meet our structural integrity standards, and thus, we cannot extend the lifetime guarantee to these customized pieces.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Remain in its original packaging.
  • Be free from any modifications or alterations.

Items that are customized or specifically made-to-order cannot be returned unless they are defective or there is an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service: Reach out via our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN): Our team will issue a RAN and provide specific return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Product for Return: Ensure it is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Note: Unauthorized returns without an RAN may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For most returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. In such cases, the full shipping cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

Customers may opt to exchange an eligible item instead of receiving a refund. The same conditions for returns apply, and exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products showing signs of use or damage.
  • Items missing their original packaging.
